110-300-0166(2)(a) - the program did not obtain emergency backpacks with the required emergency items, including flashlights with an extra set of batteries. 110-300-0166(3)(a) - the exit door in classroom #2 was hard to open and required adjustment in the lock. Similarly, the infant classroom #6 located downstairs was not shutting down and required lock adjustment.
